41 minute full body HIRT session starting with a 6 minute warm up followed by 4 rounds with working sets of 38/18s rest. Exercises include 1-leg bridge L/R, seated bicep curls, plank triceps extension, RDLs, squat - bicep curls, reverse lunges - lateral raises, & DB swings. 4 1/2 minute cool-down.
