ScreenPal AI: Frequently asked questions

Are there any limits on using AI in ScreenPal?

ScreenPal AI is available in Solo Max and Team Business plans. If you are subscribed to a plan that includes ScreenPal’s AI features, you can auto-generate a video title, summary, transcript for captions, and video chapters for as many videos as you want. Currently, you can only auto-generate these elements once for any given video, but all of these elements are then editable. ScreenPal’s AI-generated video titles, summaries, transcriptions, and chapters currently work with videos up to 30 minutes long, and recognize many languages.
How is my data used?

ScreenPal is continually innovating and adding new features to our video creation and sharing platform. At every step of the product development process, data protection and privacy are our top priorities.

ScreenPal partners with certain trusted third parties that provide strict privacy and security controls. Where applicable, we limit third parties’ use of personal information. And when your data is sent to these partners it is not used to train their models.

We have added supplemental AI Terms to our Terms of Service, which can be found here, and two new subprocessors to our list, which can be found here.

Which plans include AI features?

All of ScreenPal’s AI features are available in Solo Max and Team Business plans.

In addition to these AI features, subscribers to Solo Max or Team Business also benefit from all premium ScreenPal features, including unlimited screen capture, robust video and image editing, premium content hosting, content and channel branding, video interactivity, and advanced video analytics.
