Updates to ScreenPal’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

We wanted to let you know we recently updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Here’s a quick summary of the key changes:

• Existing and new Solo Max and Team Business plans now come standard with AI features.  We have added supplemental AI Terms which can be found here and added two new subprocessors to our list here.
• We have updated our Privacy Policy for disclosures pertaining to GDPR and our participation in the Data Privacy Framework (DPF). This includes publishing an online version of our Data Processing Agreement incorporated as part of the Privacy Policy.  You can find our DPA here.
• As part of obtaining iKeepSafe certifications for COPPA, FERPA, and CSCP, we have updated sections to clarify disclosures relating to Children’s Privacy and Educational use.

Given the above revisions are just highlights, we encourage you to read the fully updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to make sure you understand the changes.

We don’t need you to do anything, this is just to make you aware that the changes took effect on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
