What’s New:

• Better communication when you are uploading videos directly to ScreenPal hosting. (While videos are uploading, and when things don’t go quite as expected.)
• Some visual clean-up on the pages and better responsive behavior when you scale your browser or view on all types of devices.
• You can sign up and log in using your Apple account!

What’s fixed:

• A bug that disregarded your custom thumbnail when you do a “replace video”.
• Mapping of information on the team Help page.
• The team access/launch page is now smarter and will remember if you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
• Other minor improvements.

What’s New:

• Our content hosting platform is now available in English, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese.  We will default to the language selected in your browser. If you would like to change the language manually, you can do so in your settings.
• We’ve added a new business plan, empowering businesses to create and share content with their team. Interested in learning more? Here are the details.
• We’ve aligned our mobile app plans with our desktop plans. You can now purchase Deluxe or Premier plans in the iPhone/iPad and Android Apps.  Use one plan across all of your devices!
• An educator discount for educators, administrators, and school/university looking.

What’s fixed:

• A bug that hid shared content in our LTI app video tab.
• Other minor improvements and bug fixes.

What’s New:

• Premier users delivering their content through CNAME will now be able to request an SSL through ScreenPal.
• New emails that help guide people through the SSL process.

What’s fixed:

• An error received by some of our mobile app users that tried to upgrade on the website.
• The password form label disappeared after enabling passwords–whoops!
• Team members can now see videos and images that are shared with them via a channel in their content Quick View.

We have made a number of improvements and provided some better messaging in 8.8.0.

What’s improvement:

• We added a new confirmation screen for Team Admins’ looking to revoking access to a user.
• Reworking the display of search and filtering in our LTI App.
• Some of our messaging in Video Hosting Settings for our Premier users.
• Better feedback for users that try to upload a file that isn’t supported.

What’s fixed:

• A bug that affected some users trying to verify their accounts. (Phew!)

Things may look a little different!

What’s improvement:

• Some updates to the visuals in our hosting platform. We’ve improved the look and feel and increased contrast throughout the hosting site.
• We added a “more” dropdown on our video details page for some of the features you may use less frequently. This allowed us to add some breathing room.

We made a number of improvements in 8.6.0

What’s improvement:

• Our hosting platform can now be accessed in English, Italiano, Português, Deutsch, Français, Español, Chinese, and Japanese! We will detect if you have a language set in your browser. You can always change your language in ScreenPal settings.

What’s fixed:

• Some minor bug fixes.

This release focuses on helping out our Team Premier Owners and Admins manage the content created by their team.

What’s new in Team Premier?:

• Owners and Admins can transfer ownership of a single piece of content to another user on the team.
• Owners and Admins can revoke access to a user and choose how to handle their content. (Do you want the revoked user to keep their content, duplicate their content and keep a copy, or transfer their content to another user on the team?)

We’ve also fixed some bugs that were identified.
