We’re redesigning your hosting account settings to make it easier to access your premium features and customize your content.
Why are we updating your settings experience?
Over the years, we’ve built ScreenPal.com from a simple tool for sharing videos to a fully interactive video creation, hosting, and sharing platform. As we’ve added new features and customization options, we’ve realized that we need to streamline and reorganize your administrative settings.
We’ve listened to customer feedback and redesigned your settings to be more intuitive and task-oriented. This way, you can easily find the features available in your plan, access customization options, and understand where to go when you want to make changes.
What’s changing:
Company Profile
If you are the owner or admin of a Team Business or Team Education account, you’ll see a few additional tabs in your settings to make administering your account easier.
Company profile is now split into two tabs:
Organization & Team Support:
Update your organization’s name, country, postal code and VAT Number (if applicable). This information will be used if you subscribe with a Purchase Order.
Team Member Help Page:
Add the contact information for your team’s point person, plus custom messaging, so that your team members know who to contact internally with questions about their ScreenPal account.

Content Hosting
We’ve broken Content Hosting out into several tabs to make it easy to customize your video library and content.
Custom Domain:
Customize the domain for your hosted content. You can host on ScreenPal.com (default), host on your own subdomain on ScreencastHost.com, or configure your own domain.
Branding:
Add your brand’s logo and color to your video watch pages. If you are using a custom domain, you can configure your home page here as well.

Customize Player:
Add your logo as a watermark to your videos and customize your accessible video player color with your brand’s color.
Permissions:
You can set feature defaults here. You can configure features like commenting and AI tools as well as turn those features on or off. If you manage a team plan, you can configure content visibility and choose whether to allow your team to customize content branding.

Plan & Billing
When you select Plan & Billing, you can see and modify your current plan, update your payment method, and view all past invoices, all in one place.
